Cancellation Process

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.

Exchanges and Returns

Zookini Kids will gladly exchange or refund an item within 15 days after shipment. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days. We do not refund shipping charges.

Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, in New Condition with all original tags attached. If you are returning an item for refund you will be credited via the original method of payment or via a Zookini Kids company check—at discretion of Zookini Kids management.

1. Email us at info@zookinikids.com if you are interested in exchanging or returning merchandise. Include name, order# and reason for return.

2. We will email you with a Return Authorization # to write on the outside of package once your return has been approved. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of merchandise to Zookini Kids.

Zookini Kids can only accept returns shipped by USPS. Also, we recommend returns be sent using a traceable and insured method of shipping. Write the authorization number on the outside of the package. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Mail to: Zookini Kids, PO Box 3042, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266-1042.

We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective. If you received an item as a gift we will be happy to exchange for equal value item or issue a credit to the original purchaser.


Canadian and International Customers

You may be asked by your government to pay additional customs, duties, fees or taxes, etc. Zookini Kids is not responsible for these additional fees. Please do not ask us to alter the value of your order or reimburse for items held up in customs. Once a product has been verified as shipped by a U.S. Carrier, Zookini Kids assumes no further liability for delivery unless a processing error on our part has occurred. Returns will not be accepted unless they are sent using a traceable and insurable method of shipping. Once return has been approved we will email a deliverable address.
