Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover card. Your card will be charged at the time of your order.

Standard Ground ships 4-7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes. NOTE: PO Box, APO, FPO are shipped via USPS.

Priority Delivery ships 2-3 business days via USPS (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), once Zookini Kids has shipped the order from its warehouse. Zookini Kids does not guarantee or refund shipping charges if a product does not arrive as guaranteed by carrier. On occasion, in very rural areas this service is NOT available. In such cases please allow 4 business days for delivery.

Zookini Kids charges sales tax on orders shipped within the State of California.
